  7. So you simply cannot go back to Andersen. He is the most rotten piece of the puzzle. Also, as tough a few moments Brodie had last game, it was nice to see him comeback with the great game he had tonight. He will stabilize this d corps

    Rielly Extended

This Is an excellent signing! Whether you believe in the entire group or not, in a vacuum signing Rielly is good for this organization no matter what. Well done Kyle for keeping your head on straight in this deal.

Too nice of words. In real life i don't have a lot of friends. The ones i do have been friends for 20+ years though. I have had the experience of going out on a limb for people and when the opportunity arose for them to do the same they declined. So yes. I don't have a lot of friends. In my late 50's that doesn't mean much too me. In my teens, 20's and 30's it did. I wouldn't be half the person i am without my wife. The same woman who has been right by my side through the thick and the thin for over 36 years.

  10. I understand. i just can’t say I agree. For starters, yes they were the 8 v 9, but the leafs were 3rd in the east, the jackets weren’t even in the wildcard slot (6th in the metro) and would have missed out when the season ended. The leafs were the clear betting favorite, and the money don’t lie. They lost 3 of 5, all in their own building, incl being shutout in 2 of those 3 losses, one of which was the deciding game 5. This year couldn’t have been set up better. A sweetheart division, and a matchup vs a team that limped into the playoffs despite the weak op

  13. Wilson is tough but the best way to straighten that dude out would be to put Armster and Raiden on the bench beside him and make him listen to them wranging on each other for the whole game. Maybe put Duffman there too and watch him meltdown when Wilson started sobbing.

  24. I hope we pick up a journeyman defenceman that we pay a million or less on a one year seal to replace a top pairing guy who logs tons of our tough minutes. That would really upgrade the team. This board is impressive.

  28. Regardless of how Nash does or where he fits, at least we can all agree that acquiring a defensive centre for a conditional 7th is better than giving up 2nds for Boyle and Plekanec.

  41. My favorite part of all this is Muzzin didn't even try. Like Tkachuk tried to Eddie Fucking Guerrero Frog Splash our goalie and Muzzin is all "treat a bitch like a bitch" with the puck flip. Pissed him off more than trying to punch him in the face ever would. Honestly, Muzzin should've been all three stars.
